Pet Policy
Most of our rentals are pet friendly. Our restrictions/fees are as follows: pets must be 40 lbs or less at full grown weight; standard breed restrictions, to include Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, any breed of Pit Bull, etc.; $300 NON-refundable pet fee due at lease signing; $40 monthly fee.

If you would like to see any of our properties which are available now, please just stop by our office or call to check out a key (we loan these out for a $10 cash deposit which is returned to you when we get the key back) – we do not set appointments. Our office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays (closed from 1-1:30pm), and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Saturdays.

Application Requirements
Our application fee is $40 per adult. Please know that we will not be able to rent to those with prior evictions, or those who owe monies to current or prior Landlords.
