A Brief History of Bailey Property Management
In the mid 1970’s, H. Thomas Bailey acquired several apartment buildings. Soon other investors approached him about managing their rental properties. The Bailey Property Management concept was created when he saw the growing need for full-service management of rental properties.

Team Bailey
Our personnel has over 75 years of combined Real Estate and Property Management experience in the Louisville area. In the 70’s “Tom” Bailey acquired several apartment buildings. Soon other investors approached him about managing their rental properties. The wheels for Bailey Property Management were set in motion at the time when the growing need for full-service management of rental properties became apparent.

Mr. Bailey was a native of Shelbyville, Kentucky. Since he was a licensed real estate broker for more than 50 years he was a recipient of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission’s prestigious “Half Century” award.
